I will paint your cat or small dog, or any pet on this small 5 inch round bowl. Perfect size for these special animals. Great gifts for pets and pet lovers! Made to order with any photo from instagram, facebook, your camera, etc. Hand poured clay into a standard mold for perfect lightweight shape, it is painted using food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe glazes. The rim is typically painted white, but if you send me a note, I can paint the trim with any color in my shop.

These bowls are originally called dessert bowls, because they are just the right size for a human serving of dessert topped with ice cream! Also great for dipping bowls or jewelry holders. Of course, the low, straight sides make these bowls perfect for pets to eat from! (These bowls hold more food and are better for messy eater pets than the squarish "kitten" bowls in my shop.)

I spend extra time to make sure I paint the eyes as close to the photo as possible. I try to get "that look" or any personality traits of your specific pet. I will send you a photo when it has been fired, before I send it to you!

Care Instructions: These dishes are best if treated like fine china. Extreme temperatures like boiling hot water, and sitting in a sink full of water for hours might cause tiny crackles in the top coat. Gentle microwaving and dishwasher are fine. Any problems, contact me!

How to send the best photo of your pet: Find a photo that has natural bright lighting. Full sun will wash out colors and inside the house can be too dark. Bright shade is best, or near a window in the house. Make sure the eye color is visible or describe it to me. If you send one photo for the pose you like, and a reference photo or two to show the best fur color, I will combine the best of both.

Each order is carefully wrapped in slightly reused packing materials (I recycle everything!) I enjoy making cute handmade cards to hold the order slip. Each fun card is blank so it can be used again by you!
